Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Residential Project Manager at Commercial & General, your role includes:
- Understanding project requirements through thorough documentation exploration
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with clients on project aspects
- Conducting financial, technical, and operational risk assessments
- Generating reliable project forecasts and reports
- Evaluating and prioritizing incoming projects
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key subcontractors
About You:
We seek a proactive and results-driven individual with the following attributes:
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as a Project Manager in residential projects
- Preferable experience in aged care and/or retirement living
- Familiarity with project software (Cheops, MS Project, Hammertech, Aconex)
- Ability to interpret architectural plans
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
