Your new role
As our client continues to expand their ever-growing operations, they are seeking a driven and motivated D&C Project Manager with experience managing the delivery and completion of mid to high rise city builds. As Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of key projects within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing D&C projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed in line with budgets and schedules
- Maintaining ongoing communication with key stakeholders
- Coordinating with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
- Managing, monitoring, and reporting project budget, risks, milestones, and records management
- Undertaking site inspections and maintaining HSEQ standards
You should have highly developed planning and resource management skills, with a strong attention to detail, and experience in successfully ensuring site safety and managing risks. Strong interpersonal skills will assist you greatly in this role. The successful candidate will have a track record of strong subcontractor relationships and strong commercial acumen.
