Job description

Established multi office property management specialist | Up to $75K + super | Flexible working | MUST have commercial experience to be considered

Our Client

Established property management specialist with offices located both South and North of the River. Providing ongoing training for all employees, management's focus is on implementing streamlined checklists, procedures and support so you can focus on 5-star customer service.
The Position
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Property Manager
  • Assist in responding to tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Support lease administration activities
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Maintain financial records and assist in budget planning
  • Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants
  • Assist in marketing vacant spaces
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Prepare reports on property performance
  • Provide support during property emergencies
  • Assist in special projects as assigned
Selling Points
  • Up to $75,000 + Super
  • WFH 1 x per week / flexible arrangements (conditions apply)

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1 years experience
  • PM Reg, licence and familiar with Cirrus8
  • Well presented, and a keen eye for detail
  • Passionate about the real estate industry
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Confident telephone manner & customer service skills
  • Intermediate computing skills
