The Roles:
- Drive the investment performance of the Commercial Property assets
- Maintain close relationships with owners, occupiers and operational personnel to ensure proper control and service delivery
- Active collaboration with key internal stakeholders to foster growth and development opportunities
- Undertake inspections of property to ensure high standards of presentation
- Ensure all lease and other documentation is fully executed
- Provide owners with recommendations relating to rent review and lease renewals
- Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration
- Control and collection of monies, including rentals, outgoings and recoverable costs
- Reconciliation of outgoings
- Manage and mentor the Assistant Property Manager
The successful candidate will be an experienced Property Manager looking to oversee a range of assets.
- Experience as a Property Manager is essential
- Knowledge of the leases Act
- Valid driver’s license and reliable ca
- Agents Representative certificate or full Real Estate license
- Amazing service management
- Excellent written & verbal skills
- It savvy, strong attention to detail
