Form of workSeeking a qualified Property Manager with an interest and passion in Commercial property. The position manages over 100 commercial properties on behalf of our clients, ranging from large industrial sheds to small retail spaces.
The position involves:
- Managing relationships with clients, tenants and creditors
- Managing and organising maintenance tasks/solutions e.g. electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and general repairs of common areas.
- Managing and maintaining finances and leases, including rental adjustments and budgets, paying contractors, collecting rent outgoings and other lease payments
- Marketing the property to potential tenants.
- Screening tenants and ensuring compliance.
- Conducting entry and exit inspections.
- Responding to landlord and tenant queries and requests in relation to their property.
This position sits in our Commercial Department working closely with experienced Commercial Specialists. The best training, support and resources are provided.
Our friendly team is located in Tank St, Gladstone with easy access to the CBD. We are even getting our own Coffee Caravan very soon :)
