Join this leading University institution managing their own portfolio of commercial and retail assets.
The successful applicant will provide guidance and advice to the Director of Property & Procurement and other internal stakeholders i.e. finance/ Facilities Management.
Key responsibilities in this role will include;
* Lease administration / Negotiation/ renegotiation
* Assistance with budget preparation and management
* maintain registers as necessary
* ensuring all parties are informed as to WHS requirements
* Landlord/Tenant liaison and management
* Weekly, monthly property inspections
* risk management/hazard reporting
* day to day administration tasks with the support of a Property Administrator
Our client are seeking an experienced, diplomatic and enthusiastic individual who will work well in a team environment.
Ideally the successful applicant will have at least 5 years recent relevant experience working in a property agency or client side business and a solid understanding of the Retail Leases Act.
