About Our Client:
Our client, is a full-service real estate consultancy business helping clients located throughout the Northern Territory from Darwin to Katherine, Tennant Creek to Alice Springs.
Based in central Darwin, our team offer expertise in Residential Sales, Project Marketing, Residential Management, Agribusiness, Commercial Sales & Leasing, Commercial Management, and specialist sectors such as retail, tourism, and hospitality.
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of properties with the agency in the best interest of our clients.
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions, establish appropriate rental rates through market research.
- Undertake ingoing and outgoing inspection and prepare inspection reports.
- Negotiate, approve applicants and prepare leases were required and complete all required paperwork for new leases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collect rental payments and security deposits, check & approve invoices for payment.
- Maintain timely communications with tenants.
- Manage client and tenant records and upkeep.
To be successful for this role you will need the following:
- Current Real Estate Representative Registration.
- Current Driver’s License & roadworthy vehicle.
- Good understanding of accounts and trust accounting.
- Knowledge and compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, Privacy Act and Anti Discrimination.
