Form of workColliers Toowoomba is one of Toowoomba’s market leading Real Estate agencies and we are seeking a dedicated trainee to join our commercial team. In this role, you will work alongside our Managing Director and highly experienced team to develop the skills necessary to eventually grow into an independent agent.
As a Commercial Trainee, you will work closely with our Managing Director with a dedicated focus on administrative duties and data management. These areas will give you a detailed understanding and foundation for the growth of the position. Over time you will begin to manage buyer and tenant enquiries, ensure compliance with new listings, and implement marketing strategies and initiatives. You will also develop the skills necessary to transition into an independent sales and leasing agent, while supporting clients with exceptional customer service and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have proficient computer skills and understand the value of well-managed data, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be a team player, able to work professionally unsupervised, and have a willingness to make calls and generate business. Whilst a Real Estate Certificate or License is not required immediately, you must be willing to obtain one.
