An opening has become available for an outgoing and skilled Team Assistant to provide administrative support to their Sales and Lease team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to be the backbone to this motivated, busy team of professionals. Utilising your customer service, relationship management and administration skills on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing marketing material
- Uploading properties online to advertising portals
- Preparing of sales contracts
- Liaise with solicitors, buyers & sellers as required
- Managing social media platforms
- Compiling reports
- Liaising with clients and a variety of external stakeholders
- Responding to email inquiries
- Database management & entry
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Technologically savvy
- High attention to detail
- Have strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Hungry, outgoing personality
