Commercial Trust Accountant

Our Client
Our client is Macarthur's leading Commercial Real Estate Agency!
They specialise in Commercial & Industrial Property Management, Sales & Leasing.
  
Day to Day Duties:

• Trust accounting of 550 properties
• Daily reconciliation and balancing of the Trust Account
• Processing invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payment is made to owners and tradespeople
• Receipting rental payments and invoices
• Manage our trust account ensuring accuracy for meeting annual audits and compliance requirements
• Mid-month and end of month processes
• Answering property manager, Landlord and tenant questions in relation to accounts
• Other ad hoc duties as required

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Experience in real estate Trust Accountant
• (Commercial Property Management sector desired but not essential)
• Highly organized with a methodical approach to work
• Strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail 
• A strong team player 
• Reliable
