you will help improve the way they handle technology and market data contracts, invoices, and budgets. You will work with the Commercial Lead in the Technology team as they automate and accelerate this area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract renewals – monitor dates in advance to discuss renewal options with business and take action based on feedback.
- Manage service usage – administer internal usage of services and regularly review the firm is getting value from these services.
- Facilitate AP process – reconcile invoices and follow-up with vendor on discrepancies, work with AP team to ensure payment obligations are met on time.
- Stakeholder coordination – organise and collaborate with stakeholders across the firm on new services, service usage and cost allocation.
- Process improvement – mapping manual process onto new systems to reduce manual work.
Skills and experience:
- Strong communication skills to communicate effectively and frequently with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Proven capability to interpret complex text. You don’t need to be a lawyer, but you will be working with contracts written by lawyers.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A continuous improvement approach to seek out and proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
- Interest in financial markets and commercial negotiations.
