HQ Group has turned a disused platform of Flinders Street Station into a dining boardwalk along the Yarra River (Birrarung) Arbory Bar & Eatery; created the summer-loving temporary floating restaurant and bar, Afloat; and brought HER an entire building dedicated to dining, drinking, art, and music to the heart of Melbourne.
Currently seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef or Demi Chef to join the team at BKK. Working with our Senior Chefs you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast paced, professional kitchen.
What we are looking for
- You are passionate about cooking and quality ingredients
- You are reliable and punctual
- You are organised and can communicate well
- Team player
- Understanding of workplace health and safety standards
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in Asian cuisine an advantage
