About the Role As a crucial figure in the Digital Products portfolio, the Communications and Change Coordinator spearheads the design and coordination of communications, skillfully translating technical details into user-friendly content. Serving as the vital link between technology-focused teams and end-users, this role instills confidence and promotes the seamless adoption of digital solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead communications planning and execution for technological and process changes within the Digital Products Portfolio
Develop and implement communication initiatives to ensure awareness, acceptance, and adoption of changes among stakeholders
Simplify technical information, creating engaging content to inform and guide staff through key changes
Who we are looking for You will be a proactive, people-focused, and creative communicator adept at crafting engaging internal communications. Bring your expertise in building compelling content across diverse channels and relish the opportunity to mentor others in communication skills.

You will also have:
Previous experience in internal communications within a complex organisational environment or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
Demonstrated experience in converting technical information into simple, creative, innovative and engaging content suitable for a wider audience
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication plans, such as internal communications plans, to support staff during change
Demonstrated experience in converting technical information into simple, creative, innovative and engaging content suitable for a wider audience
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and building internal communications capability in other staff.
