Sonic Healthcare is currently looking for a Communications Assistant to join our small but dynamic global communications team based in Melbourne.
Position overview
The Communications Assistant role works across a wide variety of projects. This position will:
- provide support in the creation of various marketing and communications materials
- coordinate the collation and uploading of various global marketing and communications materials to our central database
- proof, edit and assist in the formatting of communications materials and documents
- assist with intranet and website content management
- assist with branding projects
- provide support during marketing campaigns, events and promotions
- provide general administration support to the management team.

You will need to demonstrate:

- outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- an appreciation for the importance of maintaining brand standards
- an energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a mature outlook.
Experience in design software and/or video production would be an added bonus.
A degree in marketing, communications or similar discipline is required, and previous experience in a similar administrative, healthcare, marketing or communications role will be well-regarded.
The position is based in the Melbourne CBD.
