The role:
Working in a small team this position supports the management and development of the Flavorite brands and product range across our key sales channels.
You will help shape and execute our social media, communication, and community engagement plans. You will create innovative and engaging daily content that resonates across multiple platforms, connecting with our dedicated community.
Key responsibilities:
- developing written communications across a range of topics - sustainability, award & industry submissions and internal newsletters
- management and delivery of Flavorite’s digital and social media branding, engagement, and product launches.
- Support the delivery of Flavorite’s sustainability strategy, projects and reporting
- project manage the development of new varieties and undertake product sensory testing
This role is a hybrid role working from home as well as occasionally being required to travel to our other locations such as Ravenhall, Tatura, Katunga and Mansfield. The successful applicant will be required to attend our Warragul site at least monthly.
About you:
You will be an independent self-starter with strong communication skills who has 2 -3 years of industry experience. You will enjoy working as part of a team to deliver a shared vision and have a passion for the agriculture or the FMCG industry.
