TheMarketing and Communications Team are responsible for supporting ESA’s brands, products and services both internal and external in achieving their goals and strategic objectives through effective communication strategies, brand and marketing strategies, providing advice and guidance as proactive partners. They enable ESA to be seen as a thought leader, a trusted partner to our stakeholders and a desirable place to work.

The role
A 3 month contract (possibility to be extended) supporting the Marketing and Communications team with Marketing and campaign activities for a range of ESA projects and services. Opportunity to support education projects that are making a difference to schools in Australia.
Role is full-time but open to part-time for the right candidate
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with creating content for marketing communications; for example, social media, blogs, articles, digital newsletters, EDMs, mail outs, and print and digital advertising.
- Assisting with producing creative assets, for social media, EDMs, websites and promotional kits.
- Completing marketing administration tasks as requested by colleagues and stakeholders
- Supporting the team in curating and scheduling social media content.
- Assisting with logistical support of marketing projects such as conferences, collateral, videos and webinars.
About you
- You are a highly organised, pro-active person, with attention to detail, and high-level interpersonal skills that enjoys working as part of a team
- You have experience in a relevant Marketing, Design, Communications, Media or PR role.
- You are a quick learner and have a desire to learn and understand evolving industry trends
- Intermediate skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and relevant experience using marketing technologies such as social media channels and management tools (including Hootsuite), website content management systems and analytics.
