AddressBildGroup is currently looking to appoint an experienced Communications Lead to join our growing team, working with our Senior Leadership to develop outstanding internal communications strategy and delivery as well as partnering with our external communications provider to ensure consistent branding and messaging to the wider community.

About the Role:
Reporting to our Chief HR Officer and working closely with the wider executive leadership team, this role will be based full time on site at our Head office in Campbellfield. You will be the key point of contact for development and dissemination of all BildGroup internal communications initiatives.
In this role you will:
- Develop and execute our strategic communications plan, embedding our vison, purpose and strategy
- Advise and guide our leadership team and other key personnel on our broader communications strategy.
- Work with a wide range of internal stakeholders to develop great content for internal media communications
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all communication channels - sharing compelling success stories
- Develop and implement programs to promote leadership visibility and employee engagement
- Keep track of metrics recording success of these programs for reporting to the Leadership Team
- Ensure internal intranet, messaging systems and channels are kept up to date and monitored
- Work collaboratively with our external marketing partner to ensure alignment of our brand and messaging.
About You:
We are looking for an engaging and enthusiastic person who can really make this role their own. You will have a track record of producing strategic internal communications in a similar sized organisation and can bring knowledge and practical experience of how we can develop a winning internal communications strategy.
Ideally you will have;
- A degree or other tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
- Extremely strong written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail
- Well developed stakeholder and project management abilities
- Experience developing and implementing strategic communication strategies
- Strong digital skills and up to date knowledge of technologies in this field.
