Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Lead, this role will take accountability for developing evidenced based content for a wide range of mediums such as; newsletters, website, internal communications, publications, media releases, and social media. You will be working for a national membership based organisation in the health sector utilising your research, interviewing and storytelling skills.
We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates who demonstrate the following:
- Qualifications and/or experience in professional writing, communications, journalism or another related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience writing content with clarity for a range of audiences across a variety of digital channels.
- A strong attention to detail in editing and proof-reading.
- Experience working across a range of different writing styles and guidelines, including values-based messaging and plain language.
- Solid understanding of creative and production processes for digital content.
- Experience using a content management system.
- Ability to apply best-practice SEO principles and processes.
- Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Salesforce, Meltwater (media monitoring)
