The key responsibilities of the Communication and Engagement Officer include but aren't limited to:
- Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer satisfaction.

- Support crisis communication management and PR activities as required.
- Evaluate and adjust communication strategies based on engagement success and stakeholder feedback.
Profile
The right person for the role will possess:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Advantageous to have worked for an aged care facility or human services company
- Demonstrated experience providing communications strategy and execution to engage customers and build a great brand engagement and reputation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
