About the role
This role is all encompassing in all aspects of an automotive vehicle service workshop managing a team of technicians, advisors, and support staff in ensuring customer satisfaction.
In the role you will communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including the manufacturers we represent providing updates and information within pre-determined KPI’s.
Whilst you will be responsible for management of a number of staff to assist with the process this is a hands-on role and will require you to be working within the team from time to time.
- Accountable for service centre in its entirety
- Overseeing the parts and accessories department
- To manage customer experience in your department
- To review the department structure regularly to see if any restructure can improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
- Focused on team development (10-15 direct reports), systems, processes, and workflow.
- Ensure that all employees are following and adhering to all company policies and guidelines.
- Analysing all department data and looking at ways to improve performance of the team.
- Reporting daily to General Manager
- “Fix it first time” mentality.

- Relevant trade qualification desirable
