- Part-time (0.6 FTE) job-share position to end February 2025

About the RoleCouncil is seeking an innovative community development professional for a 0.6FTE job-share for an Officer role within Council’s high performing Community Building Team.
The role will lead the planning and delivery of Community Building initiatives, networking and leveraging of opportunities with community partners and achieving strategic volunteering outcomes for Council and community.
Duties:- Plan and deliver inclusive and accessible Community Building initiatives, namely the Linking Neighbours Register and Program.
- Liaise and network with community range of community networks.
- Support Council’s volunteering framework.
- Demonstrated skills and expertise in community development.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a positive, collaborative and accountable relationships with community partners.
- Experience in job-sharing a plus.
