Your new companyThis organisation is in search of an Administrator Officer capable of providing effective and efficient administration support to the delivery of the Amenity Protection Unit and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Your new roleThe Administration Officer would take responsibility over providing administrative support to the Coordinator of Amenity Protection to produce all relevant documents utilising word processing and data entry skills. Your duties will also include:
Take appropriate action in response to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner having regard to policies and procedures.Record and register appropriate information in an Electronic Content Management System.Receive and distribute correspondence for the Amenity Protection Unit.Requisition payments as per Purchasing Policy.Provide a general administrative function and support for Amenity Protection, including word processing, data entry, telephone enquiries, filing and photocopying.What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn, a proven work ethic and experience as an Administrator. You will also need:
The ability to gain co-operation and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.Demonstrated the ability to work harmoniously and cooperatively with other people and to work independently at times without supervision.Previous experience working in an administrative role and demonstrated experience and aptitude.Well-developed interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively and gain co-operation and assistance from customers, management, and employees at all levels within the organisation.Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Teams, Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and proficiency in keyboard usage along with accomplished grammar and spelling.
