We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the Senior Leadership role (reporting directly to the CEO) of Community Clinical Lead and leading a team of Registered Nurses who provide clinical support to our Elders living in the community.

About the role of Community Clinical Lead:
This role is the most senior Home Care Clinical role for ACS and reports directly to CEO.
The role includes leading a team providing clinical oversight of Aboriginal Home Care Clients; conducting clinical assessments and reviews; liaising with clients and their advocates with regard to their current clinical needs and continual monitoring of their health requirements. You may also be responsible for some high need clients who require ongoing clinical oversight and providing advice and education to other staff and management regarding clinical and clinical education matters.
The ideal candidate:
- Registered Nurse and ideally with more than three years experience, and community/home Care Clinical Leadership experience
- successful track record of providing direct client care at an advanced level
- committed to continuous improvement
- current National Police Check
- experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People
- unrestricted Australian working rights
- hold a current Australian driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle
