Community Care Personal Worker - Council

• $ 38 per hour + Super
• Casual
• Part-time and Full-time Hours available. (Flexible hours between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday)
• Location: Springvale
• Start this March 2024

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Help clients with housekeeping duties like mopping floors, changing linens, washing, ironing, preparing meals, and cleaning stoves, countertops, and refrigerators.
• Must be able to complete personal assistance covering bathing, clothing, grooming, using the restroom, transferring from one place to another, exercising, and helping with meals.
• Doing housework and community-based activities like banking, shopping, and escorting to preserve the client's well-being.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Experience working on the needs of older people and those with disabilities and other relevant needs doing Community Care work
• Must have Working with children check (with expiry date).
• Must have First Aid Certificate (Level 2) (with expiry date)
• Must have Victoria Driver’s Licence
• Must have Police Check
