About the Role
We're looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, qualified Community Care Workers for the Chermside area.
Bring your compassion and skills to our team in a role where even the small things you do make a difference. You will work one on one with clients in their home and community and confidence to work independently is a must.
With the ongoing support from your Team Leader, a dedicated rostering and home care mentor team, this will ensure quality services are provided to allow clients to maintain their habits, activities and be as independent as they choose. Some of our services include:
- Assistance with personal care and medication
- Social support and community engagement
- Light housekeeping
- Shopping
- Assistance with transport.
About you
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proof of comprehensively insured and registered motor vehicle
- Current QLD Driver's Licence.
