About the Role:
- Plan, develop, and implement community initiatives to address identified needs.
- Build resilience and sustainability within the community through strengths-based approaches.
- Manage project planning, consultation, and evaluation processes.
- Develop marketing and social media plans to promote Community Development initiatives.
About You:
- Passionate about Community Development and making a difference.
- Experienced in project management and creating effective partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a current "C" class driver's licence.
- Current Working with Children Suitability (Blue) Card, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement, is essential.
