About the role
Working within the Community Safety Team, this role will Coordinate and implement the operational aspects of Council’s Graffiti Management Program.
In this role you will:
- Undertake the implementation of the Casey Graffiti Management Plan to assist in the removal and prevention of graffiti in Casey
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision of the graffiti removal contract
- Regularly liaise with community members and key stakeholders to ensure the service is meeting needs and recommend items to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the service
- Identify and engage with key stakeholder groups with the objective of reducing and preventing graffiti vandalism.
- Conduct and investigate onsite, infield audits of graffiti removal and proactive reporting of graffiti
About you
- Qualifications in community development, justice, related social science discipline and /or years of work experience in the related field
- Proven relevant experience in an administrative and support role, proficient with Microsoft office suit (within local government is preferred)
- Current drivers’ licence
- National Criminal History and Working with Children Check

Salary: starts at $76,940 (Band 5) per annum plus superannuation
