Community Safety Officer

An opportunity has become available with one of Melbourne's outer councils for a Community Services Officer to join their team on a contracted basis.

As the Community ServicesOfficer, you will focus on the safety of the community through effective and efficient education, enforcement, and compliance knowledge. 

You will be responsible for a broad range of functions within council including parking, litter and fire prevention, animal management, and other Community Safety benefits.

Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Statutory Compliance
• Animal Control and Regulation experience
• Local Government experience is desired
• Current valid Victorian Drivers Licence
• Current WWCC
