ABOUT THE ROLE
- Part Time Position - 15.2 hours per week
- Fixed Term until 26 February 2025
- Band 4: $27,475 per annum (pro rata) + 11% superannuation
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements available
Are you an experienced administration professional looking for role that can offer a flexible working environment? We are looking for Community Safety Administration Officer who is keen to be part of a team that is innovative, and community focussed.
As a vital member of our team, your focus will be to provide essential support to assist with:
- Customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Supporting the Community Safety team to ensure customer request reporting and measurement is actioned in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintaining and updating Council’s Animal Registration database.
- Provide administration support to Community Safety Officers by processing infringements, roadside trading permits, disabled parking permits, animal registrations, and other data inputting requirements following prescribed procedures and legislation.
- Providing administration support to Council’s School Crossing Supervisors.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a team member who possesses:
- Year 12 education or a certificate in Business Administration or related discipline or experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to utilise systems, write reports, analyse data, and provide accurate information.
- Customer focussed skills with experience in resolving conflict.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle complex requests.
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to deliver on competing tasks to a high standard.
