Community Services Manager

You will engage with members of the local communities, and hold a pivotal role in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams across different delivery streams and locations. Your consultative and collaborative approach will be the cornerstone of your success in this exciting position. Requirements:

• Previous recent experience in community service management, Aged Care and NDIS preferred
• Strong understanding of legislative requirements within community healthcare
• Ability to manage diverse multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage projects, complete submissions and reports etc
