Role Overview:
As a Community Services Change Leader, you will take the lead in driving change within our Community Services program. You will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing client outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful change management and sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of change initiatives within the Community Services program, in alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Build rapport and trust with staff, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the change process.
- Utilise your strong project management skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Apply your analytical skills to assess the impact of change initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage extensively with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster buy-in for change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety, inclusivity, and equity in all aspects of change management activities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in representing the organisation and promoting its values.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience within the Community Services sector.
- Proven experience in change management, with a track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build relationships, facilitate discussions, and influence decision-making.
- Possession of a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
- Full driver's license and access to a car for travel as required.
- Full Australian working rights.
