Community Support Partner

Have an unrestricted NSW Drivers License, access to a vehicle and experience with providing Individual Support. If you do apply now.
Work Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. No nightshift or weekend work

• Chatswood, Artarmon, Willoughby, Lane Cove, Lindfield

What your days will look like:

• Attending to clients, supporting them to remain independent in their own homes.
• Light domestics duties, including cleaning, laundry, and general tidying of your clients homes.
• Supporting your client to feel engaged whilst out in the community and trying new activities.

Here’s what we need from you:

• Current unrestricted NSW driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
• A commitment to following high standards of care.
• NDIS Check desired or willingness to obtain.
• Current Senior First Aid.
• Willingness to travel, Km’s paid on travel between clients.
