Are you an experienced Support Worker? Or maybe a someone who has just gained a qualification in support work? Then we are looking for you! 

As a Community Support Worker, you will work in a pivotal role ensuring the highest quality care is provided to our clients. With available shifts in the Adelaide Hills, Murray Bridge and Lobethal you will work with a flexible 24/7 roster allowing you great work life balance. 

Shifts are currently available in these Mount Barker, Murray Bridge and Lobethal and applicants must be willing to travel to these locations to commence work.

Work with individuals to promote their independence and life goals to ensure all clients live a fulfilling life while working in a great team environment with like minded individuals. Help clients with daily living support while promoting their independence and care needs.

You must have:

• Certificate 3 or above in individual Support/Disability or aged care
• Current Working with children check, NDIS Worker screening clearance and National Police clearance
• Drivers licence, reliable vehicle with comprehensive vehicle insurance
• Vaccinated against Covid 19, and annual flu vaccination, or medical exemption
• A commitment to assisting clients in achieving their daily goals and providing individual care needs
• Ability to reliably commit to 24/7 rotating roster
• A can do, personable attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships
