Community Support Worker

Reach Supports is a mental health Community Support service in the Brisbane Bayside area, that supports people with mental health and psychosocial disabilities out in the community.

We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team - must be hard working, enthusiastic and motivated to help clients achieve their goals

We are looking for someone that has regular availability and who is flexible with shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and some weekends.

The role will involve supporting clients in their homes and engaging out in the community as well as taking them to allied health appointments and social support groups.

For this position you must have your own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.

You must also either have or be willing to obtain a police check, blue card and first aid certificate as well as a relevant qualification (min cert 3).
