We're seeking caring and empathetic Support Workers to join us across Perth Metro locations from Butler down to Golden Bay!
Your role will involve:
- Providing personal care to promote health and well-being.
- Medication administration and assistance.
- Meal preparation, household chores, and other essential tasks.
- Facilitating social access and leisure activities.
- Tailoring care plans to meet individual needs and goals.
- Previous experience in disability or aged care settings.
- Genuine passion for making a positive impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Current Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

First Aid/CPR certificate. Certificate III or higher in relevant disciplines.
