Accountant
The Opportunity

We believe the key to our success is in our people, and we are looking to add a Company Accountant to our thriving team based in Wolli Creek NSW.
About you
A high level of attention to detail is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are equally important as being able to work within the team and external stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role. You will also be able to think independently to solve problems, show initiative and be able to deal with competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including (but not limited to) account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Manage the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations, accurate and timely reporting.
- Preparation of Management Financial Reports.
- Reconcile and maintain asset register.
- Cash flow projections
- Preparation of statutory reporting requirements, including BAS.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process
- Support accounts teams with accounts related queries, including payroll.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Highly skilled in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with data visualisation tools advantageous (Power Bi)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Salary $80k-$100k dependant on exp.
