The Compliance and Systems Officer will be responsible for engaging with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the organisation is operating under a Quality Framework. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to implement, maintain and review the organisations Integration Management System (IMS).
About the Company
An industry leader providing specialist equipment solutions for contractors and municipalities across Australia and New Zealand. Servicing industries such as waste, environment, mining and civil.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Develop and maintain a plan to support the organisation achieve a Quality Framework, including updating key stakeholders on new requirements in alignment with international standards.
- Conduct and facilitate regular internal audits and quality inspections.
- Ensure record management systems are kept up to date.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and engaging environment for all team members.
- Previous experience in a Administration, Compliance and/ or Quality position, including exposure to the involvement of integrating an IMS system and audit functions.
- An attentive and pragmatic approach with a continuous improvement mindset to implement effective solutions across the organisation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced computer software skills, including CRM and MS Office
