Description
The Account Executive is the primary customer facing point of contact responsible for all sales activity in relation to the NICE suite of hosted/cloud/on premise Communication Compliance software applications and associated solutions.
These Compliance solutions are primarily focused towards the Capital, Trading, Investment and Finance Markets divisions of large Global Financial Organisations.
As the sales and relationship expert for strategic NICE accounts, they also work in deep collaboration other members of the Communications Compliance team to provide compelling value based propositions that position NICE solutions to address customers' compliance challenges in relation to trade Communications Compliance. Strategic Account Executives are primarily responsible for increasing sales of NICE's advanced Communication Compliance software solutions with a value led sales engagement, requiring advanced solutions and value based selling skills and experience.
The Account Executive is engaged in both managing the existing client relationships as well as having a major focus on expanding opportunities for new business applications/solutions to both existing and new target clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales to achieve business goals
- Provide direct sales support and overlay sales support cross region
- Achieve qualified pipeline generation targets and other leading KPIs
- Strong focus on NEW BUSINESS generation through DIRECT touch and partner networks
- Achieve annual sales quota
- Engage sales leadership, account teams, and other internal company resources in defining and implementing account strategy to maximise client engagement and business success
- Extensive strategic development of initiatives targeted to specific accounts and that demonstrate NICE's extensive capabilities as an advanced solution provider and proactively drive increased market share
- Create and maintain a high-level of customer facing presence and a network of relationships to facilitate sales and promote alliances, partnerships and client loyalty
- Master a deep understanding of the strategies and initiatives of the customer that articulate the goals of their company, including an understanding of the compliance process that will be used to measure the success of execution
- Develop account and sales plans that position NICE capabilities in anticipation of customer's compliance strategies and goals.
- Provide critical insights to the customer that generate best-in-class credibility and contribute to a market leadership position for the company.
- Analyze customer's business situations from multiple viewpoints to identify gaps and new business opportunities.
- Drive NICE response to customer's key business challenges to improve NICE position for current proposals while enhancing long-term relationships
- Provide personal and team expertise to customer executives as a trusted advisor while promoting long-term reliance on NICE.
- Develop and maintain high-level relations with customers including VP, and C levels
- Establish and maintain strong relationships and professional reputation within the accounts and throughout the sales cycle and beyond
Requirements:
- Circa 5+ years of experience of DIRECT TOUCH software solutions/value led selling within the finance industry into large and sophisticated accounts
- Proven track record of year-on-year achievement
- Strong relationship and value based software and SaaS sales experience
- Sound communicator with the ability to engage with multiple touch points and levels within a single organisation
- Self-motivator and strong team player
- Ideally experienced in NEW BUSINESS enterprise solution and Cloud sales solutions within the Financial Markets sector a solid understanding communications technologies
- Direct Sales and end user customer engagement experience , planning, execution and management of complex enterprise software value based sales process ideally within the finance sector
- Existing finance sector experience, relationships and client management skills
- Ability to build customer trust and supplier credibly
