We’re seeking a compliance specialist with strong business instincts, creativity and broad analytics experience. You are passionate about applying these skills to find new ways to look at our data, identify risks and compliance-related insights and drive continuous improvement. You will be an integral part of the team that is responsible for monitoring our store and organisational compliance against both our licence-to-operate obligations and operating policies.
What you’ll be doing
- Support our Compliance team on BAU and project initiatives.
- Conduct investigations by utilizing data and visual based analytics to provide insights on areas of risk or operational challenges as they arise.
- Create effective visualisations that drive action, find opportunities, and make recommendations to improve how our squads drive towards outcomes.
- Work with our existing data and insights to understand current trends and then surface associated risks and compliance related markers to the decision-makers in the business.
- Work with our business partners to manage and improve compliance initiatives.
- Have an agile mentality – appreciating the benefit of constant iteration and improvement.
- A proactive and curious approach – an ability to frame the risk and compliance challenges in retail environment and create the solutions to effectively manage them.
- Experience applying analytics knowledge to the real world (preferably in retail).
- Experience with payroll, cash, and inventory applications and requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience in one or more visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
