Qualifications & experience
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of computer applications including VETtrak, MS Outlook and Office packages, HubSpot Service.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
- Independent research skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a compliance or quality assurance role in an RTO environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
Maintain and assess trainer qualifications – ensure all trainers and assessors hold and maintain currency in relevant qualifications and units of competency.
- Conduct Course Packaging Checks
- Assist our partner schools with Unit selection and elective choices
- Class setup and administration
