This role is pivotal to enabling the future growth and success of AGA by ensuring our practices align to funding body requirements and industry standards in a manner that is consistent with our brand and reputation.Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of relevant compliance frameworks to ensure adherence with Commonwealth and State legislation and all state regulatory requirements
• Assist in the management of AGA's scope of registration, including amendments and additions
• Assist with contract applications, renewals and funding application
• Assist in review and update of policies, procedures and maintain the document register
• Manage version control of documents to ensure integrity of policies, procedures, marketing materials and forms
• Maintain AGA's compliance schedule activities
• Maintain AGA's validation schedule activities
• Maintain the activities for all aspects of continuous improvement meetings
• Regular auditing of student files and prompt rectification of any issues identified
• Assist in conducting internal and external audits for ASQA and State Funding authorities
• Support in the maintenance of training staff matrices including verifications of trainers and assessors credentials
• Assist the RTO Compliance team to undertake any projects relating to compliance

Essential criteria

• 2 to 3 years experience working in a compliance role in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the Standards for RTO's, Quality Management Systems, VRQA and ASQA compliance requirements/State Funding Contract requirements-essential
• Experience with and knowledge of Student Management System - VETtrak-essential
• Detailed knowledge of Skills First funding contract-essential
• Proven ability to meet deadlines-essential
• Willingness to accept responsibilities to achieve outcomes
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
