If you are an experienced Admin Officer who is looking to add compliance admin to your experience then this is the role for you. This role is based in the office full time (Monday to Friday).
THE ROLE:
- Main admin officer for business
- Producing reports & presentations
- Reception back up when required
- Involved in OHS/WHS procedures and policies
- Organising travel and accomadation for staff
- Raising purchase orders
- Maintaining & updating spreadsheets & compliance registers
- Organising and maintain diary and co-ordinating appointments for staff
- Preparing quotations
- Responsible for ordering office stationary and office upkeep
- Data entry in database & MS Excel
- Prepare client correspondence and reports
- Organising meetings in boardroom eg; catering & printing of documents
- Any adhoc admin/compliance task as requested by management
- Have experience in Admin and/or Compliance Admin/Officer
- Have outstanding face to face and phone manner
- Strong written & verbal english skills
- Be computer literate with a good grasp of MS Excel
- Be a team player with longevity in mind
- Be able to work full time from the office
- Ability to problem solve and think in an analytical style
