Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate compliance projects, ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Analyse regulations, provide insights, and develop policies.
- Manage stakeholders, influence decisions, and foster compliance culture.
- Drive continuous improvement and monitor compliance metrics.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years (min) of compliance or related experience.
- Project coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Public sector experience beneficial but not essential.
