Primary or Mandatory skills :-

• Responsible for handling Customers' Citrix and VMware environment which consists of 1000+ virtual desktops, 150+ virtual applications (XenApp6.5/Presentation Server 4.5, XenDesktop7.16, VMware vSphere 6.5/6.7/7.0) and 120 + Windows servers (Windows 2003 /2008/2012/2016/2019).
• Troubleshoots the Configuration and Replacement of Network device Hardware including Access and Aggregation Switches, Firewalls, Load-balancers, and Security Appliances
• Good hands experience in managing Cisco UCS, dell & HP blade server and enclosure, Citrix NetScaler ADC & Gateway, Citrix Storefront, Various Microsoft windows server and client operating system, Trend micro deep security, Symantec End point protection, cloud, SCCM,SCOM, PRTG, SolarWinds, Netflow, Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware & Nutanix .
• Implement comprehensive vulnerability management systems across all assets on-premises and in the cloud.

Good to have skills :

• Manage XenApp configuration, XenDesktop, Provisioning Server, some hypervisor and management experience (vSphere / vCenter).
• Strong Knowledge on PowerShell scripting, AWS/ Azure and Citrix Cloud, Windows server 2008/2012/2016, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Active Directory.
• Experience in Monitoring tools for Security, Network and Infra environment.
• Experience in GP and OU management.
• Hardware Management, Veeam Backup, VMware SRM

Detailed Job description : -
Responsible for handling multiple technologies under Infrastructure environment including:

• Support Microsoft O365, Active Directory and Microsoft business Servers, VMware ESXI.
• Citrix NetScaler Configuration and Management
• Web/Content Filtering: Blue Coat Proxy SG, Reverse Proxy- Blue Coat ProxySG, Microsoft ISA 2006 for Email reverse Proxy.
• Security Designing: Working with Microsoft Visio for high level Network security designing. Working with presales team for providing cost effective solutions.
• Routing and Switching: Configuring and managing Enterprise Network Infrastructure.
• Monitoring & Maintaining Windows Server operating system and additional server components including Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office Communications Server/Lync Server, McAfee, Citrix, ESX Technologies, Google Email systems Planning, designing, documenting, and implementation of systems in multiple sites that include PCs, Servers, Printers and Network equipment.
• Monitoring and reviewing system logs and detect and troubleshoot problems.
• Establishing and maintaining suitable resource and performance monitoring on all systems.
• Implementing and monitoring PPTP VPN connections between multiple sites for sharing data
• Demonstrating day-to-day adherence with change control precepts and practices.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the basics behind the Internet and its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, Email Routing, SPAM, etc.)
