ABOUT THE ROLE
The Concierge Support Officer will the first point of contact for both visitors and incoming calls and will provide a positive and helpful experience by addressing inquiries, offering information and ensuring all visitor needs are met.
DUTIES
- Receive and assist visitors, clients and staff
- Provision of general administrative support
- Receive and action incoming referrals including collaboration with service providers to ensure a smooth transition from intake to service delivery
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Sound experience working in customer service and administration
- Experience working in a mental health or primary health care setting
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
- Evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19
This position is a Business Support Level 3 position under the Hunter Primary Care Agreement 2021. Hunter Primary Care offers you:
