About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Condition Monitoring Analyst to join our award-winning team in our Beaudesert Road office in Acacia Ridge. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As a Condition Monitoring Analyst you will:
- Summarise Condition Monitoring data to provide timely information in assisting customers to schedule and prioritise maintenance work
- Maintain a high level of professional conduct within the work environment
- Understand work functions, requirements and priorities of maintenance professionals
- Maintain a strong understanding of Condition Monitoring platforms.
- Ensure customer interactions are captured in the CRM system.
- Build customer relationships and trust through site visits/communication to promote service deliverables
- Provide advice to customers on machine performance via the various reporting tools (VisionLink, RFV, RAM or HEI etc.)

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Minimum of six months experience in heavy earth moving industry or similar is desirable
- Have a professional attitude and strong personal presentation
- Ability to demonstrate safety
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / similar suite
