This role is crucial in ensuring the ongoing delivery of condition-monitoring services to our valued client sites across the Bowen Basin.

You'll travel between sites, spending on average 3 days on-site and 2 in the office. We've got a carpool arrangement for your travels. Plus, enjoy the flexibility of varying weekly schedules and the opportunity for overtime if desired.

Primary Duties:
- Perform Condition Monitoring and Lubrication functions.
- Conduct equipment monitoring, lubrication, inspections, vibration, and thermography testing and analysis for operational sites.
- Offer support, advice, and recommendations for identified equipment issues at operational sites.
- Identify and improve Condition Monitoring and Lubrication processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Involvement in failure investigations and root cause analysis as needed.
- VCAT certified.
- Capable of self-directed, efficient, and high-quality work.
- Ability to create lasting relationships with customers based on trust and reliability.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Can work well both independently and in a team environment.
