The Role - We are on the hunt for a Client Liaison Officer that will have some contracts administration responsibilities. This person will assist with estimating, building approvals, supplier paperwork, handover packs & general housing administration.
Duties:
- Guiding and managing client relationships and expectations from point of sale to the commencement of construction
- Delivering exceptional customer service and quality control through professional communications
- Exceeding client expectations through prompt communication via various channels
- Addressing raised issues promptly and providing appropriate resolutions
- Maintaining accuracy in preparing documents such as Preliminary Tender Proposals, Building Specifications, Variations, and Contracts
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external teams
About You:
- Forward thinking
- Residential builder experience preferred, however a general knowledge of construction and plan reading is favourable also
- Organised
- Be able to professionally respond to emails & write letters
- Professional with a positive can do attitude
- Any age (all applicants with the right skills are encouraged to apply)
- Systemised - able to create & work within processes
- Construction experience is ideal
- Attention to detail
- Good time management
- Can work in an at times high pressure environment
