Position Based in South Nowra NSW
Role Type: Full time
Monday to Friday – 8am – 4pm
We are a local building company who are committed to not only providing homes of the highest quality but ensuring that our customer’s experience is exceptional throughout the entire building process.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Customer Service
- Cross checking documents
- Liaise with external Town Planner to preapre Development Applications
- Prepare all relevant documents to local Council/Certifier
- Preparation of building contracts
- Preparation of Construction Certificates and submission with local Certifier.
- Management of pre-site construction administration such as;
- Ensuring all purchase orders have been issued.
- Tree removal and demolition is managed with the client.
- Preparation of all site documentation for site supervisor
- Respond to all client queries in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
To be successful, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Home-building experience or related industry experience, preferable but not essential
- Be highly energetic, self-motivated and customer focus with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable, and well presented.
- Immediate Microsoft Outlook & Word Experience Essential
- High level of attention to detail a must
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to organise and prioritise daily tasks

- Full Time – Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm
- Location - South Nowra
