Day-to-Day Duties:
- Liaise with clients on the progress of their new home build
- Collate and distribute contracts
- Record all correspondence in CRM platforms
- Assist Building Supervisors with building matters and client feedback
- Coordinate and ensure payments are received on time
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Provide fortnightly workflow and report information.
About you:
- You have strong attention to detail
- Minimum of 1-2 years in an Administration role with a residential builder
- Exposure to HIA Contracts desirable
- You know Microsoft Office Suite like the back of your hand
- Sound knowledge of the construction process is essential.
